Refund Policy

Vidyaaniketan Classes follows a transparent and fair refund policy. By enrolling in our courses, students and parents agree to the terms mentioned below.

Fee Refund

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will only be considered under special circumstances approved by the management.

Admission fees are non-refundable.
Study material charges are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases.

Cancellation Policy

Students must officially inform the institute regarding cancellation requests through written communication or email.

Cancellation requests must include student details.
Management reserves the right to approve or reject requests.
Approved cancellations will be processed as per institute rules.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–14 working days for processing.
